Consumer rights when shopping online or purchasing products remotely from WebLab d.o.o. and within AutoEkspert.me
We inform you that according to the Consumer Protection Law ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 070/17 of 27.10.2017), hereinafter: the Law, shopping through our internet service and auto parts store AutoEkspert.me is considered distance selling. These rules apply exclusively to articles sold by our company WebLab d.o.o. through our brand and distance selling AutoEkspert.me.
Invoice and fiscal receipt
The trader is obliged to issue a clear, understandable, easily readable invoice in Montenegrin language to the consumer for the purchased product, in accordance with the law. This means that we will issue you a fiscal receipt from WebLab d.o.o. (AutoEkspert.me) and all necessary documents that accompany the product, including warranty cards and instructions for use.
Right to withdraw from the contract
According to the Law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the day the product was delivered to you. When withdrawing from the contract, you are not obliged to state the reasons for withdrawal. The Form/Declaration of withdrawal from the contract produces legal effect from the day it was sent to the trader. In case of withdrawal, you have the right to a refund or replacement with another product. The refund will be made upon receipt of the returned product, after it is determined that the product is undamaged and in good condition.
Product return costs
The costs of returning goods, as well as organizing transport in case of withdrawal, are borne by the buyer. It is possible to return only products that are undamaged and, if possible, in original packaging, with all accessories and accompanying documentation (warranty card, instructions, etc.). Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether the product is in good condition and undamaged. The buyer is responsible for the defectiveness or damage to the product that results from inadequate handling.
Complaints
Products purchased through our online store AutoEkspert.me and invoiced by WebLab d.o.o. include legally required documentation including manufacturer warranty cards. If there is a need for a complaint, we fulfill all legally defined obligations for the seller. The complaint procedure is initiated at the request of the buyer, by filling out the Request for complaint about product quality. Other products purchased through the AutoDiler.me portal and application
For all other articles sold through ads on the AutoDiler.me portal, WebLab d.o.o. is not responsible. Ads posted on AutoDiler.me represent an agreement between the user who posted the ad (individual or legal entity) and the buyer. All transactions and sales contracts between portal users are under the jurisdiction of the users themselves.
